Eligible class of contractors as specified in column No. 6 of TCN registered with the State Government and contractors of equivalent Grade / Class registered with Central Government / MES / Railways for execution of Civil works. | Joint Venture/ Consortium agreements/ M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid. | Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor should their contract have been rescinded during last 5 years. | Tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate as on date, of the required class as mentioned in the NIT. | Tenderer(s) must upload PAN card and up to date GSTIN. | Tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | Tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | Required Bid Capacity is to be more than the Estimated cost of the work. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN, but must submit an undertaking and produce GSTIN before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments /MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidder has to register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
