Contractors must be of the class specified in the Annexure. | Contractors must be registered with the Government of Odisha or equivalent Central Government/State Government/Railway/CPWD/MES. | Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II & Class-III. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha can participate but must subsequently undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Govt. before work award. | Joint Venture bids are not acceptable. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date is debarred from qualification. | Contractors claiming EMD exemption must have the work recorded in their original registration certificate and provide an affidavit stating they have not availed EMD exemption for 3 works during the current financial year, along with a photocopy of their license. | SC Contractors desiring price preference and EMD exemption must produce the required affidavit.
