Contractors must be of eligible class as per Annexure, registered with Government of Odisha or equivalent Central Government/State Government/Railway/CPWD/MES. | Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II & Class-III. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha can participate but must subsequently undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Govt. before work award. | Joint Venture bids are not acceptable. | Contractors whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who have abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date are debarred from qualification. | Contractors claiming EMD exemption must have the work recorded in their original registration certificate and produce an affidavit stating they have not availed EMD exemption for 3 works during the current financial year.
