Contractors must be of eligible class as specified in the Annexure. | Contractors must be registered with the Government of Odisha or equivalent Central Government/State Government/Railway/CPWD/MES. | Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II & Class-III. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha can participate but must subsequently undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Govt. before award of work. | Tenders submitted by joint ventures are not acceptable. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | Contractors claiming EMD exemption must have the work recorded in their original registration certificate and produce an affidavit stating they have not availed EMD exemption for 3 works during the current financial year, along with a photocopy of their license. | SC Contractors desiring price preference and EMD exemption must produce the required affidavit.
