Contractors must be of the class specified in the Annexure. | Contractors must be registered with the Government of Odisha or equivalent Central Government/State Government/Railway/CPWD/MES. | Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II & Class-III. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha can participate but must undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Govt. before work award. | Joint venture tenders are not acceptable. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | Engineering Contractors claiming EMD exemption must have the work recorded in their original registration certificate and produce an affidavit stating they have not availed EMD exemption for 3 works during the current financial year. | SC Contractors desiring price preference and EMD exemption must produce the required affidavit claiming the same.
