Eligible classes of contractors of Government of Odisha of equivalent class registered with Central Government/State Government/Railway/CPWD/MES. | Bidders must possess a compatible Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Class-II & Class-III. | Registered bidders from outside Odisha can participate but must subsequently undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Govt. before award of the work. | Tenders submitted by Joint Venture are not acceptable. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification. | Contractors claiming EMD exemption must have the work recorded in their original registration certificate and produce an affidavit stating they have not availed EMD exemption for 3 works during the current financial year.
