Contractors must be 'B' Class and 'A' Class registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for Civil Works (Civil+EI+PH). | Proof of registration from the appropriate authority shall be enclosed with the bid. | Successful bidders not registered under State Government must register under the State PWD in an appropriate class of eligibility before signing the agreement. | Contractors belonging to outside the state of Odisha and not having started business must submit an undertaking in the form of an Affidavit indicating they are not registered under Odisha GSTIN and have no liability under the Act, but must produce Odisha GSTIN before the award of the final contract. | The civil contractor in order to take part in the composite tender should enter into an M.O.U.
