Contractors must be registered 'B' Class and 'A' Class with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class with Central Government/MES/Railways for Civil Works (Civil+EI+PH). | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha must register with the appropriate State PWD before signing the agreement. | Joint Ventures are not accepted. | The contractor must possess evidence of ownership of principal machineries/equipment as per Schedule-B, securing a minimum of 80% marks. | Contractors intending to hire/lease equipment must furnish proof of ownership from the company/person and long-term contracts/agreements/lease deeds for a minimum of 15 months. | The civil contractor must enter into a notarized MOU with an eligible registered electrical contractor having a valid H.T./L.T./M.V. license for electrical work, unless the civil contractor holds such a license. | The contractor or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred. | Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe contractors up to 'B' Class are eligible for concessions including 50% reduced registration fees and 50% reduced security deposit rates.
