Department or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department. | Tenderer must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class. | Tenderer must upload PAN card and up to date GSTIN; undertaking for GSTIN & PAN Card is not acceptable. | Civil Contractors for Sl no. 11 Double Cover must upload a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor, including their valid license, GSTIN, and PAN. | For works up to Rs. 5.00 crores, no qualifying criteria except clauses 1(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e) apply. | For works more than Rs. 5.00 crores, the intending tenderer should have executed works (Buildings/Bridges/Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last eight years. | In case of a Joint Venture, similar work experience will be applied for each partner taken together, being a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last eight years. | The intending tenderer should have a total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years of the last five financial years (excluding GST). | Applicant's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2 - B). | Joint Ventures are allowed for works exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with not more than three constituents. | The lead partner of a Joint Venture must be a registered Contractor of an appropriate class of the State. | All financial figures (Annual turnover, Works Experience, Work in hand) must exclude GST since July 1, 2017.
