Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature, nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class. | Tenderer(s) must upload PAN card and up to date GSTIN. | Civil Contractor must upload a scanned copy of a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor (only for Sl no. 11 Double Cover). | For works valued up to Rs. 5.00 crores, no qualifying criteria except clauses 1(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e) apply. | For works valued more than Rs. 5.00 crores, intending tenderers should have executed works (Buildings/ Bridges / Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost during any 3 financial years of the last 8 years. | The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works must be not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last 5 financial years. | Applicant's available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2 - B). | Joint Ventures are allowed for works value exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with not more than three constituents as partners. | The lead partner of a Joint Venture must be a registered Contractor of an appropriate class of the State. | All financial figures such as Annual turnover, Works Experience, Work in hand must exclude GST.
