Department. | Tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as on date. | Tenderer(s) must upload PAN card and up to date GSTIN; no undertaking towards GSTIN & PAN Card is acceptable. | For Sl no. 11 Double Cover works, Civil Contractors must upload a scan copy of a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor, including their valid license, GSTIN & PAN. | For works value up to Rs. 5.00 crores, there are no specific qualifying criteria for works experience beyond general clauses. | For works value more than Rs. 5.00 crores, intending tenderers should have executed works (Buildings/Bridges/Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding 8 years. | For Joint Ventures on works exceeding Rs. 5.00 crores, the execution of similar nature of works by each partner taken together must be a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding eight years, excluding the current financial year. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Applicant(s) must have an available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding greater than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2 - B). | Joint Ventures are allowed for works value exceeding Rs. 10.00 crore, with not more than three constituents as partners. | The lead partner of a Joint Venture must be a registered Contractor of the appropriate class of the State. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN clearance Certificate if they submit an affidavit indicating they are not registered under the GSTIN Act and have no business in the state, but must produce the certificate before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD may participate, but successful bidders must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
