Bidders must be "HT" class electrical contractors having a valid HT electrical license issued from ELBO. | Contractors registered with State Governments or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways are eligible. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha can participate after portal enrollment but must register with the appropriate state authority before work award. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must declare any relative employed as an Officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department. | Bidders must have executed at least one similar type of work such as Construction/AMC of Fire Fighting System installation (hydrants, sprinklers, pump). | Joint ventures are not acceptable. | Bidders must not have made misleading or false representations in qualification documents. | Bidders must not have a record of poor performance, abandoned works, or inordinate delays. | Bidders must not have been blacklisted by the competent authority. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
