Open to all bidders registered with the Government of Odisha or other State Government/Government of India/MES/Railways/Public Sector Undertakings for execution of Civil works in general. | Contractors not registered with Government of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State of Odisha before award of work. | Bidders must be registered in the e-procurement portal with a digital signature certificate and user ID. | Joint Ventures are not allowed. | Bidders shall not have a conflict of interest. | Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. | Must be a "C" & "D" Class Contractor. | Must have achieved, in any ONE financial year, a minimum annual turnover of amount indicated in the BDS, in the last five years. | Must have participated and satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor or as a nominated subcontractor, at least one similar work of value not less than the amount indicated in BDS. | Must have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of the items of work as indicated in the BDS (approx. 60% of Bid value). | Must have a valid license for executing proprietary works/specialized job works and should have executed similar works for a minimum amount as indicated in BDS in any one year of last five years. | Available bid capacity must be more than the total bid value, calculated as (A*N*2-B). | Contractor exempted from EMD payment must upload documentary evidence of eligibility. | Only one tender paper per work is allowed; submission of more than one will lead to rejection of all.
