Department. | Tenderer must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class. | Tenderer must upload PAN card and up-to-date GSTIN. | Civil Contractors must upload a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor along with their valid license, GSTIN, and PAN. | For works value up to Rs.5.00 crores, no qualifying criteria except clauses 1(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e) are required. | For works value more than Rs.5.00 crores, the intending tenderer should have executed works (Buildings/Bridges/Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding 8 years. | For Joint Ventures, the execution of similar nature of works will be applied for the work executed by each partner taken together, being a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding eight years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding five financial years. | Applicant's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works value exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with not more than three constituents. | The lead partner of a Joint Venture must be a registered Contractor of an appropriate class of the State. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN clearance Certificate if they submit an affidavit stating they are not registered under the GSTIN Act, but must produce it before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement if successful.
