The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | The intending tenderer(s) should have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate, PAN CARD, and Labour License. | The intending tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 40% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have in possession the specified machineries either owned or on hire/lease. | Bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works (for works above Rs 3.00 Crores). | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/MOUs are not allowed to participate. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN certificate if they submit an affidavit, but must produce GSTIN before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
