Two Crores from any Scheduled Nationalized Bank. | Tenderer should have experience of transportation with Manufacturer/PSU/OSCSC/Govt. Dept./Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in food grains, sugar, paddy/coarse grains or any other non-toxic commodity. | Tenderer must have executed work of value at least Rs. 9,82,768.00 in one single contract in one financial year in the immediate preceding five years, OR Rs. 19,65,535.00 in multiple contracts in one financial year in the immediate preceding five years. | Experience of individual partners will not be counted for Partnership Companies; only the firm's experience will be reckoned. | Tenderer must furnish a Registration Certificate under "The Carriage by Road Act' 2007" & "The Carriage by Road Rule' 2011" issued by the State Transport Authority (STA) or Regional Transport Authority (RTA). | Tenderers who have been blacklisted or debarred by OSCSC or any government entity in the last five years are ineligible. | Tenderers whose contract with OSCSC or any government entity was terminated before expiry in the last five years are ineligible. | Tenderers whose EMD and/or Security Deposit has been forfeited by OSCSC or any government entity in the last five years are ineligible. | Tenderers convicted by a court of an offence with imprisonment of three years or more and still serving the sentence are ineligible. | Hindu undivided families are not entitled to apply. | If the rate quoted by the bidder is less than 15% of the tendered amount, the bid shall be rejected.
