Two Crores from any Scheduled Nationalized Bank. | Tenderers should have experience of transportation with Manufacturer/PSU/OSCSC/Govt. Dept./Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in food grains, sugar, paddy/coarse grains or any other non-toxic commodity. | Tenderers must have executed work of value at least 20% of the estimated contract value in one single contract in one financial year OR 40% of the estimated contract value in multiple contracts in one financial year within the immediate preceding five years. | For Partnership Companies, only the experience of the firm/company will be reckoned, not individual partners. | Tenderers without requisite experience may participate by providing an undertaking for an additional security of 2% of the contract value as a Bank Guarantee. | Tenderers must furnish a Registration Certificate under "The Carriage by Road Act 2007" & "The Carriage by Road Rule 2011" issued by the State Transport Authority (STA) or Regional Transport Authority (RTA). | Tenderers must not have been blacklisted or debarred by OSCSC or any government department/PSU/client for non-compliance or corrupt practices in the last five years. | Tenderers whose contract with OSCSC or any government department/PSU was terminated before expiry in the last five years are ineligible. | Tenderers whose EMD/Security Deposit was forfeited (partly or fully) by OSCSC or any government department/PSU in the last five years are ineligible. | Proprietors/partners/directors convicted by a court for an offense with a sentence still being served are ineligible. | Hindu undivided families are not entitled to apply for the tender.
