Sector / Public Sector Undertakings. | Completed at least one work involving supplying & installation of DG set with minimum capacity of 100 KVA in the last 5 financial years. | Annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.74.52 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost) in any one year in Civil Construction Works during last 5 years, certified with valid UDIN No by a Chartered Accountant. | Not blacklisted by any Govt./ Govt. Undertaking on the bid submission date. | Not applied for/ undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) /Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or facing Sickness and under consideration of Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) in the last 3 financial years. | Bids from Consortium/ Unincorporated Joint Venture are not acceptable. | Must possess compatible Digital Signature Certificate of Class-II or Class-III. | Must register themselves in CDMS Portal developed by State Procurement Cell, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (successful out-of-state bidders must register before award of work/signing of agreement).
