Sector / Public Sector Undertakings. | The completed similar nature of work must include at least one Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)/Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)/Package STP of minimum capacity 500 KLD (or cumulative 500 KLD for Package STP with units of minimum 50 KLD each). | Annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 3.00 Crores in any one year in Civil Construction Works during the last 5 years for each project location, certified by a Chartered Accountant with valid UDIN No. | If executing through an MoU with a Technology Provider, the technology provider must have successfully implemented the proposed technology either directly or through any agency. | The Technology Provider must have proven experience in providing the offered wastewater treatment technology (SBR/MBR/MBBR/Advanced MBBR/SABRE or CPHEEO/Ministry of Jal Shakti approved equivalent) with a minimum installed treatment capacity of 500 KLD or more in any Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Government Enterprise/Statutory Body/Urban Local Body in India. | For Package STPs, the Technology Provider must have a minimum cumulative installed capacity of 500 KLD, with each unit having a minimum capacity of 50 KLD, implemented in any Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Government Enterprise/Statutory Body/Urban Local Body in India. | The Technology Provider's projects must have been executed within the last 5 years preceding the RFP issue date and been in continuous and satisfactory operation for a minimum of 6 months as of the bid submission date. | Bidders must not have been blacklisted by any Govt./Govt. Undertaking on the bid submission date. | Bidders must not have any criminal cases pending against them or their partners at the time of submitting the tender. | Bidders must not have applied for/are undergoing Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR)/Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or facing recovery proceedings from Financial Institutions or facing Sickness and under consideration of BIFR in the last 3 financial years. | Bidders must register themselves in the CDMS Portal developed by State Procurement Cell, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (successful out-of-state bidders must register before signing the agreement). | Consortium/Joint Venture bids are not acceptable.
