Dept./Public Ltd. Company/Private Limited Company dealing in food grains, sugar, paddy/coarse grains or any other non-toxic commodity. | Tenderer should have executed work of value at least Rs. 26,45,158/- in one single contract in one financial year OR Rs. 52,90,316/- in multiple contracts in one financial year, within the immediate preceding five years. | Experience of the firm/company will be reckoned for Partnership Companies, not individual partners. | Tenderers without requisite experience may participate by providing an undertaking for an additional security of 2% of the contract value as a Bank Guarantee from a Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank (excluding Urban/Rural/State Co-operative and Gramin Banks). | Tenderer must furnish a Registration Certificate under “The Carriage by Road Act’ 2007” & “The Carriage by Road Rule’ 2011” issued by the State Transport Authority (STA) or Regional Transport Authority (RTA). | The tenderer or any of its directors/partners must not have been blacklisted or debarred by OSCSC or any government entity for the last five years or be currently blacklisted. | The tenderer's contract with OSCSC or any government entity must not have been terminated before expiry in the last five years. | The tenderer's EMD and/or Security Deposit must not have been forfeited (partly or fully) by OSCSC or any government entity in the last five years. | The proprietor/partners/directors of the tenderer firm/company must not have been convicted by a court of an offense and still serving a sentence. | Hindu undivided families are not entitled to apply for the tender.
