The Bidder must be a Manufacturer of Safety PPEs OR an Authorized Dealer/Distributor/Channel Partner of a Manufacturer of Safety PPEs OR authorized by the manufacturer for this particular tender. | The bidder should have supplied Safety PPEs to any Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or reputed organization during the last five (05) years preceding the bid submission deadline, with a cumulative value of not less than ₹10,00,000/-. | Average annual financial turnover of the Bidder during the last 3 (three) financial years (FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25) should be at least INR 25,00,000.00. | The Bidder can be a Company (Private or Public), a partnership firm, an LLP firm, or a Proprietorship firm/concern. | The Bidder should have valid PAN and GSTIN registration on the date of submission of the bid. | The Bidder should not have been banned/blacklisted by OMC or any government agency or any PSU as on the date of submission of Bid. | Bidders whose Contract/Agreement with OMC had been terminated/failed to perform will not be eligible to participate.
