Contractors must be registered with State Governments in "D" & "C" Class or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil & Electrical works. | For composite work, contractors must have registration for Civil, Electrical, and P.H. works, or a Civil Contractor must enter into a joint venture agreement with eligible Registered Electrical Contractors. | The prospective bidder should have completed or substantially completed at least one similar nature of Building work during the last 5 years from the Base Year (2025-26) with major items as mentioned in the Contract Data, with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract. | Value of work executed by the applicant shall be updated at current price level considering base year 2025-26 using an escalation factor of 10% per year. | Available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date is debarred. | Poor performance report of the applicant, if found, shall be liable for rejection. | Joint Ventures are not allowed, unless specifically for composite works where a Civil Contractor partners with an Electrical Contractor.
