Contractors registered with the State Government or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works are eligible. | If successful, bidders not registered under the State Government must register under the appropriate registering authority of the State Government of Odisha before award of work. | Must be an Empanelled fire licensed agency of Class D or above authorized by Odisha Fire & Emergency Service. | Must have a MoU with an associate electrical contractor (MV/HT or above) having a valid license from ELBO. | The Court Affidavit for the MoU must specifically mention names, addresses, license numbers, validity dates, issuing authorities, and the work for which the agreement is signed. | Must have executed at least one similar nature of work (Construction/AMC of Fire Fighting System installation such as hydrants, sprinklers, pump and other related accessories, fire down comer system, aerosol fire extinguisher and fire detection in a single/multistore building under Govt/undertaking organizations) during the last three financial years. | SC/ST contractors can claim 10% price preference if they submit valid caste certificates and specifically claim it in the affidavit, along with Additional Performance Security exclusively for price preference. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders will be disqualified for misleading or false representations, a record of poor performance, unlawful/corrupt means, or being blacklisted. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
