The tenderer should have a valid Electrical MV of registered with the ELBO valid License at the time of tender and during execution of works. | The tenderer should have valid GSTIN Registration Certificate and PAN card. | The tenderer must furnish a Court Affidavit with specific mention of name, address of two parties, license number, date of validity, issuing authority, and name of work for which the agreement is signed. | Tenderers who have completed similar work awarded by Govt. of Odisha, Other State Govt., U.T., PSUs, and Central Govt. within the stipulated time and handed over with full satisfaction can participate. | The bidder should have executed at least one similar type of work such as electrical wiring / supply, installation, testing, commissioning of LT Panel of a single or multi-storied Government Building during the last 05 financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) and current financial year. | The work should have been successfully completed and handed over in all respects, duly inspected by the competent authority with full satisfaction to the Department. | Experience claiming works done exclusively in favor of DG Set, ELV system, AC Machine, and street light shall not be considered. | If a similar nature of work started before the financial year 2020-21, the work must have been successfully completed and handed over during the last 05 financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25), and the bidder must furnish year-wise price break-up as per Schedule-G. | Bidders are subject to disqualification if they have made misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, indulged in unlawful & corrupt means, or are blacklisted.
