Bidders must be registered with the ELBO as an HT/MV License holder for electrical works. | The tenderer should have valid GSTIN Registration Certificate and PAN card. | The tenderer must have successfully completed similar work awarded by Govt. of Odisha, Other State Govt., U.T, PSUs, and Central Govt. within the stipulated time. | Tenderer should have executed at least one similar nature of work such as SITC of CCTV, LAN system, Intercom system in a single/multistoried building under State Govt/Central Govt/UT/PSU/Semi Govt. during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) & current financial year. | The value of similar work should not be less than 60% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost, or 2 similar works each costing not less than 40% (excluding GST), or 3 similar works each costing not less than 20% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost. | Completion certificates for similar work must be furnished from an Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer. | For similar work started before FY 2021-22, a year-wise price breakup (Schedule-G) from commencement to completion, signed by a competent authority not below the rank of an Executive Engineer, is required. | Bidders must not have made misleading or false representations, have a record of poor performance, indulged in unlawful/corrupt means, or been blacklisted. | Only one bid per bidder is allowed for one package. | The bidder should have experience in installation of Audio/Sound video/projection System, with at least two works in prestigious Govt.
