Bidders must be HT or Above Electrical Contractors with a valid license from ELBO. | Joint Ventures are not allowed. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate authority before work award. | The bidder should have executed at least one similar type of work (Design, Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 11KV/33KV Overhead line/ Underground line/ Construction of 11KV/33KV/Higher sub-station and Construction of electrical cable trench alongwith laying cable, installation of RMU unit/VCB of 11KV/33KV/Higher) under State Govt/ Central Govt/ UT/PSU/Semi Govt. during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26 & Current Financial Year) with a value not less than 60% (excluding GST) of the estimated cost, or 2 similar works each costing not less than 40%, or 3 similar wor | The similar work should have been successfully completed and handed over, inspected by a competent authority with full satisfaction to the department. | Completion certificates must be furnished from an Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of an Executive Engineer, clearly indicating name, details, value, and dates of commencement and completion. | If a similar work started before FY 2021-22, the work must have been successfully completed and handed over during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26 & Current Financial Year), and a year-wise price breakup (Schedule-G) from commencement to completion, signed by a competent authority, must be furnished. | An applicant whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years prior to the bid date shall be debarred from qualification.
