Tenderer must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer must furnish a certificate stating no relation to any officer in the rank of Assistant Engineer & above in the state R.D. Department or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department. | Tenderer must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class. | Tenderer must upload PAN card and up-to-date GSTIN; no undertaking for GSTIN & PAN Card is acceptable. | Civil Contractor must upload a scanned copy of a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor (for Sl no. 11 Double Cover). | For works valued up to Rs. 5.00 crores, no qualifying criteria except clauses 1(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e) apply. | For works valued more than Rs. 5.00 crores, the intending tenderer should have executed works (Buildings/Bridges/Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost during any 3 financial years of the last preceding 8 years. | In case of a Joint Venture, similar work experience will be applied for each partner taken together, being a minimum of 50% of the estimated cost. | The intending tenderer should have a total financial turnover in Civil Engineering works of not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding five financial years (excluding GST). | Available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2 - B), where A is max value of works executed in one year, N is completion period, and B is value of existing commitments. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works exceeding Rs. 10.00 crore, with not more than three constituents, and must have a specific JV Agreement. | The lead partner of a JV must be a registered Contractor of an appropriate class of the State. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN clearance Certificate if they submit an affidavit stating they are not registered under the GSTIN Act and have no liability, but must produce the certificate before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD may participate, but successful bidders must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
