Open to all 'B', 'C', 'D' Class contractors registered with State Governments. | Open to contractors of equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of civil works. | Proof of registration from the appropriate authority must be enclosed. | If successful and not registered under State Government, the bidder must register under the appropriate registering authority of the State Government of Odisha in the appropriate class of eligibility before award of the work. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must not have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the State Government of Odisha in the concerned Department, or must declare such relationship. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior government permission. | Joint ventures are acceptable. | Contractor exempted from EMD must upload documentary evidence in shape of affidavit. | ST/SC contractors willing to avail facilities must submit a scanned copy of the affidavit along with tender documents online. | Contractors whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who have abandoned any work in the last five years are debarred from qualification.
