Department. | Tenderer(s) must upload a valid Registration Certificate of the required class. | Civil Contractors must upload a scanned copy of a notarized agreement with a registered Electrical Contractor, including their valid license, GSTIN, and PAN. | For works value up to Rs. 5.00 crores, there are no qualifying criteria beyond clauses 1(a), (b), (c), (d) & (e). | For works value more than Rs. 5.00 crores, intending tenderers should have executed works (Buildings/Bridges/Major Irrigation Structures) worth 50% of the estimated cost put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding 8 years. | For Joint Ventures on works exceeding Rs. 10.00 crore, the lead partner must be a registered Contractor of an appropriate class of the State, and the JV must consist of not more than three constituents. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years of the last preceding five financial years (excluding GST). | Applicant's available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2 - B), where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidders must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
