Eligible class of contractors as specified in column No. 6 of TCN registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil works. | Contractors not registered with Government of Odisha can participate after portal enrolment but must register with the appropriate authority of the State Government before award of work. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without GSTIN if they submit an undertaking that they are not registered under GSTIN as they have not started any business in the state and have no liability under the Act, but must produce GSTIN before award of the final contract. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Similar Nature of work experience: 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years (starting from 2021-22 to 2025-26) excluding the current financial year 2026-27. | Annual turnover: Not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years @200% of annual payment of the work put to tender, taken together of the last preceding five financial years starting from 2021-22 to 2025-26 excluding the current financial year 2026-27. | Required Bid Capacity is to be more than the Estimated cost of the work. | Registration in the Contractors Data Base Management System (CDMS) available at www.cdmsodisha.gov.in is mandatory.
