Bidders must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last 5 years. | Bidders must possess a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in the NIT. | Bidders must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together in the last preceding five years for road work. | The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works must not be less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | The available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five financial years (updated), N is the number of years prescribed for completion, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed. | Contractors registered with the State Government and contractors of equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Civil works are eligible. | Bidders from outside the state without GSTIN can participate by submitting an affidavit, but must produce GSTIN before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement if successful.
