Eligible class of contractors of Government of Odisha or equivalent class of other State Government/Railways/CPWD/MES. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with a maximum of three constituents and a lead partner who is a registered Contractor of appropriate class of the State. | Contractors not registered with Government of Odisha can participate after portal enrolment but must register with the appropriate authority of the State Government before award of work. | The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature, nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in column-6 of the Annexure. | The intending tenderer(s) should have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate & possess a PAN CARD, and provide an undertaking for obtaining Labour Licence. | For works valued up to Rs. 5.00 crores, bidders only need to meet requirements in clauses 14(a), (b), (c), (d), and 14(h). | For works valued more than Rs 5.00 crores, bidders should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost during any three financial years of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | The total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works should not be less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | The available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works. | All financial figures such as Annual turnover, Works Experience, Work in hand (existing Commitments) must be excluding GST.
