Contractors must be registered with the State Government of Odisha or of equivalent class of other State Government/Railways/CPWD/MES. | Joint Ventures are allowed for works valued exceeding Rs 10.00 crore, with a maximum of three constituents. | The lead partner of a Joint Venture must be a registered Contractor of appropriate class of the State. | Bidders must have experience in construction of Bridge works. | Bidders must not have abandoned any work of similar nature, nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Bidders must have a valid Registration Certificate as on date, of the required class as mentioned in column-6 of the annexure. | Bidders must have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate and possess a PAN Card. | For tenders with a value up to Rs. 5.00 crores, bidders only need to meet requirements in clauses 14(a), (b), (c), (d), and 14(h). | For tenders with a value more than Rs 5.00 crores, bidders must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost in any three financial years of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26), excluding the current financial year. | For tenders with a value more than Rs 5.00 crores, the total financial turnover in civil engineering works must be not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26), excluding the current financial year. | The available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works mentioned in Contract Data. | For a package of contracts, bidders must demonstrate Bid Capacity sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for individual contracts. | All financial figures such as Annual turnover, Works Experience, Work in hand (existing Commitments) must be excluding GST. | SC and ST Category Contractors may avail 10% price preference.
