Contractors must be registered with State Governments or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for Civil works. | Bidders not registered under the state government, Odisha, must register under the state PWD in the appropriate class of eligibility before signing the agreement if successful. | The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate as on date, of the required class as per NIT (Class B, C, or D depending on the work). | The intending tenderer(s) should have up to date valid PAN Card and GST/VAT clearance Certificate. | The intending tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 (three) financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid. | Bidders will be disqualified if they have a record of poor performance such as abandoning works, not properly completing previous contracts, inordinate delays, litigation history, or financial failures. | Bidders will be disqualified if they made misleading or false representations in submitted documents. | Bidders will be disqualified if they participated in previous bidding for the same work and quoted unreasonably high or low bid prices without rational justification. | SC/ST Contractors must specifically apply in writing for availing price preference.
