Contractors of Class "C", "D", and "B" registered with the State Government are eligible. | Contractors of equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government MES/Railways are eligible, but successful bidders must register under the State PWD before signing the agreement. | Bidders must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Bidders must have a valid Registration Certificate as on date for the required class. | Bidders must have up-to-date valid PAN and GST. | Engineering contractors availing EMD exemption must submit an affidavit stating they have not availed the facility for more than two works during the current financial year, mentioning the two works and the authority. | SC/ST contractors availing 50% EMD exemption/price preference must submit an affidavit stating they have not yet availed the facility. | The contractor must not be related to any officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer & above in the state R.D. (R.W. Wings) or Assistant/Under Secretary & above in the R.D. Department.
