Tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer(s) must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Tenderer(s) must have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate, PAN Card, and Labour License. | Tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years (i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26) excluding 2026-27. | Tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender (as in Col-3 of the Table) during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid. | Applicants must have an assessed available bid capacity greater than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to current price level with 10% annual inflation), B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next years, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without a GSTIN certificate if they submit an affidavit stating they are not registered under the GST Act and have no liability, but must produce the GSTIN Certificate before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but the successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
