Bidders must be registered eligible class of contractors of Government of Odisha or of equivalent class of other state Government/Railways/CPWD/MES who are registered in CDMS. | Contractors should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Contractors must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-5 of the Table in NIT. | Contractors must have an up-to-date GST Number and possess a PAN CARD. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Successful bidders from other State Government/MES/Railway/CPWD must register under the State PWD before signing the Agreement.
