Circle if their spouse's near relative (first blood relations and their spouses) is posted as Divisional Accountant or as an officer between Superintending Engineer and Junior Engineer (both inclusive). | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other Gazetted officer employed in an Engineering Department of the State Government can work as a Contractor for two years after retirement without Government permission. | Super/Special class Contractors must employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma Holders from Odisha. | "A" Class Contractors must employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma Holders from Odisha. | Contractors not registered with the Government of Odisha can participate but must register with the appropriate registering authority before signing the agreement. | Each bidder shall submit only one bid for one package.
