Bidders must be registered eligible class contractors of Government of Odisha or equivalent class of other state Government/Railways/CPWD/MES who are registered in CDMS. | Contractors should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years (to be confirmed by affidavit). | Bidders must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-5 of the Table in NIT. | Bidders must have an up-to-date GST Number and PAN Card. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Bidders registered under other State Government/MES/Railway/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but successful bidders must register under the State PWD before signing the Agreement.
