Bidders must be registered eligible class of contractors of Government of Odisha or of equivalent class of other state Government/Railways/CPWD/MES who are registered in CDMS. | Bidders registered under other State Government/MES/Railway/CPWD in equivalent rank must register under the State PWD before signing the Agreement if successful. | The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor should their contract have been rescinded during the last five years. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-5 of the Table in NIT. | The intending tenderer(s) should have an up-to-date GST Number and possess a PAN CARD. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid.
