The intending tenderer(s) should not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years, supported by an affidavit. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | The intending tenderer(s) should have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate and possess a PAN Card and Labour License; no undertaking for GSTIN and PAN Card is acceptable. | For the road portion of the work, the intending tenderer(s) should have executed similar nature of work worth 75% (Road Works) of the estimated cost, put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years (i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26) excluding 2026-27, with a certificate from an officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer. | The intending tenderer(s) should have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender (as in Col-3 of the Table) during any 3 (three) financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years, with a certificate from a Chartered Accountant showing financial year-wise values and UDIN. | Bid capacity (for works above Rs. 3.00 Crores) must be more than the total estimated cost of the works, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is the maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to current price level), B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next years, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate in the Bid. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without a GSTIN certificate if they submit an undertaking affidavit, but must produce the GSTIN Certificate before the final contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD in equivalent rank may participate, but the successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
