Open to 'B', 'C', 'D' Class contractors registered with the State Government or equivalent Grade/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for civil works. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, and other documents for the Project or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders must disclose if they have a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the State Government of Odisha in the concerned Department. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for a contractor for two years after retirement without prior written permission. | Bids from Joint Ventures are acceptable. | Contractors exempted from EMD payment must upload documentary evidence in the shape of an affidavit. | ST/SC contractors willing to avail facilities must submit a scanned copy of the affidavit at the time of bidding. | An applicant or any of its constituent partners whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who has abandoned any work in the last five years, prior to the date of the bid, shall be debarred from qualification. | Successful bidders not registered under the State Government must register under the appropriate registering authority of the State Government of Odisha in the appropriate class of eligibility before the award of work.
