Tenderers must not have abandoned any work of similar nature nor had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderers must have a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in Col-6 of the Table in NIT. | Tenderers must have an up-to-date GSTIN Certificate, PAN Card, and Labour License. | Tenderers must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost during any three financial years of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26), excluding 2026-27. | Tenderers must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. | Joint Venture/Consortium agreements/M.O.Us are not allowed to participate. | Available bid capacity at the expected time of bidding must be more than the total estimated cost of the works for works above Rs. 3.00 Crores. | Bidders from outside the state can participate without a GSTIN certificate if they submit an affidavit stating they are not registered under the GST Act and have no liability, but must produce the certificate before contract award. | Bidders registered under other State Governments/MES/Railways/CPWD may participate, but the successful bidder must register under the state PWD before signing the Agreement.
