Tenderer must not have abandoned any work of similar nature or had their contract rescinded during the last five years. | Tenderer must possess a valid Registration Certificate of the required class as mentioned in NIT on the date of purchase of tender paper. | Tenderer must have an up-to-date valid PAN Card and GSTIN number. | Tenderer or their spouse's near relative (first blood relations and their spouses) must not be posted as Divisional Accountant or an officer between Superintending Engineer/Additional Secretary to Assistant Executive Engineer in the R.W. Division responsible for the tender. | Tenderer must have executed similar nature of work worth 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26, excluding 2026-27). | For road works with CD structures or road works involving bridge components (estimated cost less than ₹5.00 Crore), the tenderer must have successfully completed similar work with a completed value of at least 75% of the estimated cost during any three financial years within the preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). | For road works with bridge work (estimated cost above ₹5.00 Crore), the tenderer must have successfully completed similar work comprising Bridge work executed separately along with Road work, with a completed value of at least 75% of the estimated cost put to tender on each Road & Bridge work during any three financial years within the preceding five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25). | Tenderer must have a total financial turnover in respect of Civil Engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any 3 (three) financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26, excluding 2026-27). | On-going Road works will not be treated as completed works. | Submission of more than one tender paper by a tenderer for a particular work will lead to rejection of all such tender papers. | Inordinate delay in previously awarded works will render the bid rejected. | Tenderer must not be under any litigation with the Government presently, or if so, details must be furnished. | Tenderer must possess the specified machineries required for execution of the road works, either owned or on hire/lease, and achieve 80% marks in aggregate for the listed machinery. | For Road Works with Bridge Projects, specific mandatory minimum plants and equipment are required depending on the foundation type (Open, Well, or Pile). | Tenderer must provide an undertaking to procure material mix from a hot mix plant established within 60 km from the work site. | The available bid capacity must be more than the total estimated cost of the works for works above Rs 3.00 Crores, calculated as (A*N*2-B) where A is maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated), N is number of years for completion, and B is value of existing commitments and ongoing works. | Tenderers may be disqualified for misleading or false representations, record of poor performance, or quoting unreasonably high or low bid prices without justification in previous bidding for the same work.
