Contractors of Class “B” or Equivalent are eligible. | Contractors must be registered with the State Governments or equivalent Grades/Class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways for execution of Building work (Composite works i.e., Civil Work, P.H. Work and E.I. Work). | Contractors not registered with Govt. of Odisha must register with the appropriate registering authority of the State Government before award of the work. | Bidders must not be associated, directly or indirectly, with the Consultant or any other entity that prepared the design, specifications, or is proposed as Project Manager. | Bidders with a relative employed as an Officer in the rank of an Assistant Engineer/Under Secretary and above in the Government of Odisha in the concerned Department must inform this in Schedule-I. | No Engineer of gazetted rank or other gazetted officer employed in Engineering or Administrative duties in an Engineering Department of the Government of Odisha is allowed to work for contractor for a period of two years after retirement without prior permission. | Bids from Joint ventures are not acceptable. | The contractor must possess a valid Contractor Registration Certificate, PAN card, and GST Registration Certificate & GSTIN. | The contractor must have an M.O.U. with eligible Registered Electrical Contractors having valid H.T. / L.T./ M.V. license issued by Govt. of Odisha OR owned valid Registration in H.T. / L.T./ M.V.
