Act in Odisha must submit an affidavit declaring no business in the state and no liability under the act, and must register under the GST Act before signing the agreement if awarded the contract. | Super/Special Class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer and two Diploma holders belonging to the State of Odisha. | 'A' Class contractors shall employ one Graduate Engineer or two Diploma holders belonging to the State of Odisha. | The employed engineering personnel must be full-time, continuous, and not superannuated, retired, dismissed, or removed from any government/public sector/private service, or ineligible for government service. | Successful bidders registered under other state government/MES/Railways/CPWD must register under the State PWD before signing the agreement.
