Contractors must be of appropriate class (D & C for the listed works) registered with Departments of Government of Odisha, or equivalent grade/class registered with Central Government/MES/Railways. | For composite works (Civil, Public Health, and Electrical), contractors must have legal competency and expertise in all three areas, with documentary evidence. | Civil contractors participating in composite tenders must submit an agreement with eligible Registered P.H. & Electrical Contractors, or possess registration in P.H. and Electrical works under the same name and style. | Tenderers must have a sound financial background capable of investing the required amount for advance procurement of materials. | Contractors whose contract for any work has been rescinded or who have abandoned any work in the last five years are debarred from qualification. | Contractors/Agencies declared defaulter/debarred from works need not participate. | Bidders must have work experience in similar nature of work, defined as civil works such as Buildings, Boundary Walls, Bridge/Culverts. | The bidder must not be currently involved in any litigation relating to the works, or have been debarred/expelled by any agency in India during the last 5 years, or failed to perform on any contract work in India during the last 5 years. | No bidder will be allowed to execute more than 2 projects enlisted in this notice, even if found to be the lowest bidder in all such other projects. | Contractors with incomplete works or who have not completed old works within the stipulated time or delayed starting previously tendered works are not allowed to participate.
