How to Check Tender Status in Odisha

After submitting a bid on the Odisha eProcurement portal, contractors need to track the status of their submission — whether it is under evaluation, shortlisted, awarded, or cancelled. This guide covers every method to check tender status in Odisha.

Method 1: Check Status on the Official Odisha eProcurement Portal

  1. 1

    Go to the official portal

Visit tendersodisha.gov.in and log in with your registered username and password.

  2. 2

    Navigate to "My Bids"

After logging in, click on the "Bidder" section in the top menu. Select "My Bids" or "Bid Status" from the dropdown to see all tenders you have participated in.

  3. 3

Find the tender and check status

The bid status column will show one of the following: Submitted, Under Technical Evaluation, Under Financial Evaluation, Awarded, Cancelled, or Not Qualified. Click the tender reference number for detailed status.

  4. 4

    Check for corrigendum notices

If a tender has been modified after publication, a corrigendum will be issued. Always check the corrigendum tab on any tender you have bid on before the submission deadline — closing dates can change.

Method 2: Track Tenders on OdishaTenders

OdishaTenders aggregates live tender data from the official portal and shows real-time status on each tender page. You can see whether a tender is active, closed, or has a corrigendum without logging in.

Search by tender reference number

Enter the NIT/Tender ID in the search bar on the Tenders page to jump directly to any tender.

Corrigendum badge

Any tender with an amendment shows a "Corrigendum ×N" badge so you can't miss it.

What Each Tender Status Means

Active / LiveTender is open for bid submission. Deadline has not passed.
Closing SoonBid submission deadline is within 7 days. Act immediately.
Under EvaluationBid submission closed. Technical and financial bids are being evaluated by the inviting authority.
AwardedContract has been awarded to a successful bidder. Award notice published on the portal.
CancelledThe tender has been cancelled by the issuing authority. No work order will be issued.
Corrigendum IssuedAn amendment has been made to the original tender — often a deadline extension or scope change. Re-read the NIT before submitting.

For official tender status, bid results, and award notices, always refer to the official Odisha eProcurement portal at tendersodisha.gov.in. OdishaTenders is an independent platform and does not receive real-time award or evaluation data from the government.
