The Department of Water Resources, Government of Odisha, is seeking a consultant for documentation and processing of Forest Diversion Proposals and obtaining Stage-I and Stage-II clearances from MoEF & CC, New Delhi, for the Champalijore Irrigation Project in Sambalpur District. This includes preparing and approving the Catchment Area Treatment Plan. The project involves 399.772 Ha of forest land diversion. The contract has a completion period of 12 months and requires consultants to be empaneled with ORSAC under DGPS survey and have successfully executed Forest Diversion Jobs in the Government of Odisha.
