RVN Basin Irrigation Project

The Department of Water Resources, Government of Odisha, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms for the engagement of a Project Management Consultant (PMC) for irrigation projects (ISS Projects) under the Chief Engineer & Basin Manager, Rushikulya Bahuda Vansadhara Nagabali Basin, Brahmapur. The consultancy period is 36 months, and the PMC will be responsible for planning, design coordination, supervision, monitoring, quality assurance, and execution of various Instream Storage Structures (ISS) projects. The selection will be based on a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method (70:30), with a minimum technical score of 70% required for financial evaluation.

This EPC contract is for the construction of a distribution system for the Nuagaon Barrage Project in Gajapati District, Odisha. The project involves an Under Ground Pipe Line (UGPL) pressure flow system covering a Culturable Command Area (CCA) of 1979 Ha, including electro-mechanical work, power connectivity, staff quarters, and comprehensive survey, investigation, planning, design, and estimation. The contractor will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the project for five years or five flood seasons, whichever is more, after successful commissioning. The estimated value of the work is Rs. 9191.24 Lakh, with a completion period of 24 calendar months.
